Assemble and install picket panels |

Notch all rails (4) times each side.
(see drawing 3 on page 2) |

Insert both notched top and bottom rails
into posts. (see drawing 10) |

Insert all pickets into top rail, &
notch bottom of pickets, now push pickets into bottom rail then glue
picket caps on. |
| Assemble closed picket |

Notch all rails (4) times each side.
(see drawing 3 on page 2) |

Insert notched bottom rail into post.
(see drawing 11) |
| 3. |
Insert all pickets into bottom rail,
now insert top rail into blank post lower rail onto pickets then
insert rail into opposite post. |
| Assemble porch rail |

Install Ultimounts on your deck surface
according to its instructions. (see drawing 13) |

Slide 4"x4" vinyl post sleeve
over Ultimounts. |
| 3. |
Mount your rail mounts to sleeves by
pre-drilling all (4) holes per mount, bottom rail is 2" above
deck and top rail is at measurement ordered. Screw mounts to sleeve.
Put panel together including rail stiffener in top rail for 72"
on center and under and top and bottom rail stiffeners for and panel
over 72" on center. Now place panel in rail mounts. Screw
mounts to rail, put covers on mounts. |
| Ranch Rail |

White rails come notched on both ends.
(see drawing 14) |
| 2. |
Rails: Start from one end and work to
other end of fence line. Insert 16' bottom rail through mid post,
then into routed end post as far as it will go, then slide right
side of rail into other post, fully engaging the notch. work your
way up, repeating this step, until all rails in each section are
installed. By cutting the first mid rail to 95-1/2" and
alternating your joint you will have a stronger fence. |
| Step 4. Reinforce gate

Install our galvanized post stiffener
in gate post, (L) part of stiffener toward hinges when cementing in
ground. (see drawing 15) |
| 2. |
Install hinges across from rails using
the self drilling screws and latch up close to top rail. Pool style
gates mount latch at least 60" high. (see drawing 16) |
| Step 5. Attach the post
caps |
| 1. |
Glue caps onto the post with our
UV-rated, "hot glue" classified PVC adhesive. Sold at
Aspen vinyl, Inc. |
| Step 6. Clean up |
| 1. |
Clean off cement splatter with mild
detergent, Simple Green, 409 or Soft Scrub and a non scratch pad.
For markers or paint try lacquer thinner. |
| Step 7. Enjoy your new
beautiful Aspen Vinyl fence. |
